Uni 18-04-2014 - Guidance on temporary business cessation for enterprises

According to official letter No.1056/TCT-KK:

·         Maximum time of temporary business cessation written in Notification submitting to the registration office and the tax authority is one year and continuous total time of temporary business cessation is not more than 2 years. When the notification time runs out, enterprises return normal business activities and must declare and pay tax as usual.

·         Enterprises which have temporarily ceased business for continuously 2 years will not allowed to temporarily ceased business activities.
